Any avid Wii player has most likely already changed the batteries on their wiimote already. This is one of the downsides of the wiimote, it is amazing, but it chews through batteries like I chew through gum (ok really bad simile, I’ll stop now). Some of the more tech-savvy gamers may have already started using NiMH rechargeable batteries already, but Nyko came up with a more convenient solution: a charging station that you can “dock” your wiimotes at when you are done using them. The standard package includes a docking station for up to two remotes and special NiMH battery packs that last up to 25 hours after each charge. I’d like to see a 4-mote version of this, but this is one of coolest and most practical Wii accessories that I have seen to date!
