Here is a great bowling technique for all you Wii sports and hacks fans:
This is also the technique I use, aiming to the right and spinning left, it works quite well if you hit the center pin or close to it…

3I will see if I can record myself, but what I try to do is just use a quick and short wrist flick. That seems to get the most spin, and is very easy to perform
