Looks like we should stay away from Team Cyclops CycloWiz for now, as many users are reporting games do not work at all, or lag like crazy and end up giving a read error. (Seems to be just PAL games, so USA should be good unless you want to play imports)

Well, it looks like the Wiinja will be first modchip out with D2B support.
Announced today:
-Ready to ship within 2-3 days
-D2B support
-Improved reading support (less DRE)
