This is an excellent workout…however, all the punch throwing and my age…I have developed a sore elbow. Would have been nice to have higher level of sensitivity on the remotes.

Thanks for sharing. Might have to get this. :)

The constant shifting weight, the positions needed for the proper punches, and even the breathing allows the body to work out. a game like this, as long as you play it correctly, will allow you to work your entire body at once. Sure, the arms are worked the most, but everthing else is, too.

ObsidianWizroh December 28, 2009 at 9:29 am

Games like these are just as long/short as any DDR game. It is as long as you want it to be. As long as you are able to “play” it, the game will go on. If you are slow on the uptake, it will take a lot longer for you to reach the hardest level than others. If you are someone with low tolerance, you might quit in the first week.

It all depends on your willingness to play.

This is cool. You should post a follow up video of how much weight you’ve lost in a month, two months, etc…

zedblaze7 December 28, 2009 at 10:55 am

Are the exercising games short?
or it all depends on how fit you are….the length of the workout increases?

legonut4 December 28, 2009 at 11:41 am

never

savrevolvers December 28, 2009 at 12:30 pm
