wii it was 4.0 youll have to find the 4.2 hack just search around
you should be able to find it

@Goth0927 well actually Bootmii will work just it can only be
installed as an ios so theres no chance of surviving a fullbrick or
a semibrick. you might be able to get a bannerbrick fixed but thats
very unlikely unless you can get into the homebrew channel
@willjuice they are wiiware and VC titles you can buy them from the
shop channel but youll have to have the hacks to get them for free
@houstontx21 im not sure but your problem might be but the files
are in there i have checked it.
@willjuice you can still do it but bootmii wont work for your wii
youll have to get preloader. not sure on the 4.0 and down but as
long as you dont try to customize your wiis menu and mess with the
ios you shouldnt have much of a problem i never have.
does anyone know how he got those games on the menu even before he
hacked his wii? I swore I saw it said supermario and sonic titles
there befor he hacked the wii

before seeing this vid and felt nervous about it so I didnt do
anything I got the fuck out and serched for some kind of answer and

do and I know he said 4.0 but I heard it works for 4.0 and down

@thenewme79 check out around 3:42 the bootmii says it can only be
installed as an ios and that the installed boot 1 prevents an
installation of a boot 2 bootmii installation.
but if you do have it to where it will install as a boot 2 then it
is a good idea to install it.
most of the newer wiis cant take boot 2 bootmii installation it has
to be installed as an ios wich does not protect against most bricks
a minor banner brick you might be able to fix but the wii used in
this video was a newer wii version that couldnt take a boot 2
installation because nintendo fixed the boot 2 exploit

Please EVERYONE!!! install bootmii as boot2 without bootmii you are
screwed if you ever run into a brick, this is what happened to me,
BlackBusterCritic told me not to install bootmii and guess what, I
ran into a brick and had no way of recovering, therefore install it
as boot2 and get and unused sd card and put bootmii on sd card
theres some option.
dude…you didnt say where to get the initital files!!! for the sd
card..dammit…help a girl out..
